The Investors in People surveys are designed to help
• identify organisational strengths and areas for improvement
• plan assessment/review interviews
• involve a greater number of people in Investors in People.
The free online survey can be sent too up to 1000 employees and answers given by people taking part are confidential ( Larger organisations can survey a sample of their employees).
There are Top Manager, Manager and People questionnaires for both the Standard and the full framework. Questions are based on the evidence requirements in the Investors in People framework. At the end of the survey you receive a report with each evidence requirement given a traffic-light colour-coding based on the responses given in the survey. It is possible to report separately on different groups of people within the organisation (e.g. by department and/or geographic region).
